Installation Instructions

• Reverse Light Assembly Removal

  • Remove the three pop clips underneath the rear bumper that are holding the reverse light assembly trim piece in place.

  • Once the pop clips are removed, you can carefully pull the trim piece around the reverse light assembly off of the bumper.

  • This reveals two 10mm bolts that hold the reverse light assembly in place that you’ll need to remove.

  • After the bolts are removed you can pull the assembly out and disconnect it from the OEM harness.

• Tail Light Removal

  • You’ll need to remove one of the tail lights to install the harness for the 4th brake light.

  • Using a plastic pry tool, pry off the trim piece on the inner side of the tail lights by prying it out from the gap between the trim piece and the rubber trunk gasket.

  • This reveals two 10mm bolts you’ll need to remove. Go ahead and remove the 10mm bolt on the top portion of the tail light as well.

  • Carefully pull the tail light straight back and off of the car and unplug it.

  • Install the included wiring harness into the OEM harness and connect the two white connectors together for the long harness.

  • Route the rest of the wiring down to the reverse light area at the bottom of the bumper and reinstall the tail light.

• 4th Brake Light Installation

  • Plug the grey connector into the OEM reverse light harness and connect the white connectors.

  • Slide the 4th brake light into place and secure it using the two 10mm bolts.

  • Reinstall the cover and pop clips and test to ensure everything is working correctly.

• Flashing Brake Light Function

  • To turn On/Off the flashing brake light function:

  • Step on the brake and stay on it.

  • While the brake is on, switch the headlights on and off quickly 3 times.

• Flashing Reverse Light Function

  • To turn On/Off the flashing reverse light function:

  • Step on the brake and stay on it.

  • Put the car into reverse.

  • While the brake and reverse is on, switch the headlights on and off quickly 3 times.
