  • Processing times for orders are 3-5 business days. Once the order has been processed, shipping time is 5-7 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS. Please keep in mind that these times may vary during holidays. You can track your orders through your emailed tracking number.

  • Unfortunately not, once an order is placed it is final. An order needs to be canceled and resubmitted with the changes if necessary. Please email info@driven.media for any order cancellations.

    If you feel you’ve received a product that is not as described, we’ll certainly be happy to work with you to get you a replacement.
    If you received a damaged product, please email info@driven.media within 10 business days with photos of the damaged product.

  • Laws vary state by state and even county to county so please check your local laws before purchasing to ensure that you don’t run into any issues. We suggest contacting your DMV or DOT if you have any concerns. That being said, Driven Media overlays still allow a significant amount of light through so that visibility is not an issue.
