SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

Getting the right product in your hands in a timely manner is a very important part of our business that we take seriously. During busy times of the year, orders can take up to 5 business days to process. Typically though most orders are processed within 3 business days Monday through Friday. Once the order has been shipped, it can take 5-7 business days to arrive. Please reference the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation to receive updates.

CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS

Please email info@driven.media as soon as possible if an address change is needed. Frequently we have already processed your order, created labels, and packed your order. We cannot change an address once the order has shipped out.

CARRIERS

All orders are shipped through USPS using either Priority or First Class.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS & ORDERS

We do ship internationally. Please take a look at the list below to make sure we ship to your country! If you don’t see you country on the list, send an email to info@driven.media and we’ll see if we can get a custom shipping quote for you.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges that are not included in the total cost of your ordered nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Driven Media. Please check with your country’s custom office to find out what additional costs your may accrue before placing your order

RETURN / CANCELLATION

CANCELING AN ORDER:

If you need to cancel an order, please email info@driven.media with your full name, order number, and reason for canceling.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGING OF PARTS:

All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for products that have been damaged. If your package was damaged upon receipt, please email info@driven.media with photos and we will work with you to get it replaced.

WE SENT YOU THE WRONG PARTS BY ACCIDENT:

There’s no worse feeling than the disappointment of opening a package and not getting what you ordered. We’re here to help! Send an email in to info@driven.media with a photo and we’ll get the correct product sent out as soon as possible!
