Our first full feature on the Driven.Media channel is a review that nobody asked for, but are possibly thinking about! Let's find out if our 2024 Subaru BRZ tS is anywhere near the performance of Porsche's flagship GT3. 1/4 of the price for much more than 1/4 of a GT3. This is our underdog, and everyone loves an underdog right?

Punches above it's weight
Power in the high rev range + lightweight = quick car in the right hands
Lacks feel but makes up for it with accuracy and performance
Superb chassis helping it keep in the same league as GT3

Yo's Final Thoughts.. for now

Our final thoughts on the BRZ are probably not going to be anything surprising. Yo really loves this car and it has surpassed his expectations already after owning it for just over a month. Is it a GT3? No, it’s not quite there, but it is much closer than one would imagine. The FA24 lacks that motorsport heritage and DNA that really makes the GT3 special and a thrilling experience to drive, but the chassis dynamics, lightweight, low center of gravity really allows the BRZ to shine in the canyons and gives the GT3 a run for the money. It’s no big surprise that Yo agree's with a professional journalist that this thing is a budget GT car.
