Processing times for orders are 3-5 business days. Need to cut this down to 1-2 business days. Once the order has been processed, shipping time is 5-7 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS. We’ve been using UPS so we’ll need to change this up.  Please keep in mind that these times may vary during holidays. You can track your orders through your emailed tracking number.

Order confirmations can take up to 24 hours to receive at times. If you haven’t received one after 24 hours, please email info@driven.medi for assistance.

We cannot always accommodate this request but we ask that you Email info@driven.media ASAP and we’ll try to get the address corrected before the order ships out.

Unfortunately not, once an order is placed it is final. An order needs to be canceled and resubmitted with the changes if necessary. We would need to cancel the order on our end so a new order can be made on the website. Please email info@driven.media for any order cancellations.

If you feel you’ve received a product that is not as described, we’ll certainly be happy to work with you to get you a replacement. If you received a damaged product, please email info@driven.media within 10 business days with photos of the damaged product.

Laws vary state by state and even county to county so please check your local laws before purchasing to ensure that you don’t run into any issues. We suggest contacting your DMV or DOT if you have any concerns. That being said, Driven Media overlays still allow a significant amount of light through so that visibility is not an issue.
