EyeSight Control

Supported EyeSight functions can be disabled persistently, meaning they will remain disabled after the vehicle is shut off and restarted until manually re-enabled.

Important: Disabling EyeSight also disables cruise control until EyeSight is re-enabled.

TPMS Programming

DauntlessOBD allows supported TPMS sensor IDs to be programmed directly to the vehicle. Sensor ID numbers must first be obtained from the sensor body or read wirelessly using a compatible scan tool.

Once the IDs are stored in the app, up to four separate wheel sets can be saved, allowing you to swap between stored TPMS configurations without manually entering each sensor ID again.

Diagnostics

DauntlessOBD can read and clear supported manufacturer-specific trouble codes from vehicle modules when connected to the vehicle's primary OBD2 port.

Note: Diagnostic functionality is not supported while DauntlessOBD is connected through the ASC harness. For diagnostic use, temporarily move the unit to the factory OBD2 port.

CAN Data Logging

DauntlessOBD can provide CAN data to compatible data-logging and motorsport applications such as RaceChrono and TrackAddict. For users who need more detailed chassis information, the included CAN adapter can also be connected to EC CAN behind the glovebox to access individual wheel speed data.

Installation Notes

• Connect the included ASC CAN adapter to the factory active sound control connector.
• Connect DauntlessOBD to the adapter for normal CAN access without occupying the main OBD2 port.
• Move DauntlessOBD to the factory OBD2 port when reading or clearing manufacturer-specific trouble codes.
• TPMS sensor IDs must be known before programming. IDs can be read directly from the sensor or obtained with a compatible TPMS scan tool.
• For individual wheel speed logging, the CAN adapter can alternatively be connected to EC CAN behind the glovebox.
